Forty years -- positive proof that time travel does exist! I've spent 37 of those years married to a wonderful man I met at a tiny college in Iowa (Cornell College), and 25 of them working as a government contractor managing Federal libraries for companies headquartered near DC. After graduate school at DU, I worked as Great Western Sugar Company's corporate librarian for 7 years, and then moved on to Colorado School of Mines Library for 4 years. I've been a beltway-bandit ever since. No other job would have given me the opportunity to stick my fingers into the operation of about a dozen Federal libraries, five simultaneously. It's been a terrific ride that included stints in Italy and Hungary doing hazardous material inventories for the AF. (The contracting world knows no career boundaries!) I owe my career to a graduate school recommendation from Jan Thompson's mother, to whom I am eternally grateful!  My high school memories center around the 1955 Studebaker coup (equipped with pedal extensions) that I drove Pat Arko and other neighborhood kids to school in every day. The commute sometimes included runs up and down the Lariat trail on the way home! Oddly, I don't remember high school classes, with one notable exception: the day Lester Wheeler left a can of Coors on my desk in Senior Sem on my 18th Birthday -- I spent the rest of day afraid of getting caught with it! I look forward to seeing a bunch of you at the reunion so you can fill me in on what I've forgotten! I'd love to hear from those of you that can't be there! I'll miss you! PS: My Dad sold the Studebaker for $300 when I left for college!

I have managed to stay here in Denver, near the mountains. I have done mostly accounting and auditing, after getting a BS in business from CU. No wife, no children. I am hoping to see a lot of old friends at the reunion. Last data update: 2006

I have worked as a clinical social worker for the past 36 years in various settings, and am now a social work supervisor for the State of Nevada in Las Vegas, NV.  My husband, Chuck, and I moved out here in 2000.  A mid life crisis move - one more adventure before we get too old!  I obtained my B.A. from Western State College, and an MSW from University of Denver.  We have two English Bulldogs, Gilda and Peaches.  We enjoy getting together with friends and family, traveling, and street rodding.
