"Where did 40 years go? It has been a lot of fun reading the bios.

And I thought that I was the only one living in Chicago. Small world.

In 1968 my husband and I moved to the Chicago area. Since 1972 we

have raised our family in Arlington Heights, a suburb. We have one daughter who lives in California and two sons that live near us. In July, Nicole had a

baby girl named Gianna. We are thrilled to be grandparents, but wish that California was a lot closer to Chicago.

My husband is a CPA and loves music and sports. I am an Interior

Designer who loves to garden and make jewelry. We enjoy the arts, family gatherings, and working in the community.

Can't wait to see the Old High School and all of the Young Students from 1966.

Hey Mates! Art school taught me to look more carefully, but rock and roll music captured my soul. You know the guys I ended up with - George, Paul, etc. Playing clubs was hot! Girls finally started to notice us. Gigs in Hamburg pulled us together as a group.  We loved Little Richard, Buddy Holly, and Chuck Berry, but had to make our own sound. British boomers were ready to break out. It was great to attract working class blokes like ourselves with university students.  When we tried America, it was amazing.  There were plans and ads, but somehow the sounds just took off! From the 1964 Ed Sullivan show to outdoor stages like beautiful Red Rocks amphitheater in Colorado where Vern Byers brought us in, the crowds were wild. We had tried some reefer with other musicians, but when psychedelics came along, the scene became radical. The acid perspective was so creative at first - from Rubber Soul to Sargent Pepper to the White Album. We moved into meditation and natural highs. Most of us know parts of the story now...All you need is love....John

Comment: After a 15 year marriage to my high school sweetheart and two great children, Linda and I have now been married nearly 20 years and have our second grandson from my daughter. We moved back to Texas for the third time and love it...although coming to Colorado for skiing and the great summers are still the best vacations. My career with IBM lasted 15 years and then I entered the staffing industry 15 years ago. I am currently the CEO of a national healthcare staffing company placing doctors, nurses and technicians in hospitals. We are sorry to miss the reunion but have a business event conflict that weekend. I will enjoy checking out the website....great job! Have fun!
